It depends which van type you select in your order process.
-CS van with a tail-lift has its weight capacity up to 750kg; up to 10 pallets.
-CS van has its weight capacity up to 1000kg; up to 10 pallets.
-Box van has its weight capacity up to 1000kg; up to 6 pallets.
If you don’t know which van type to select for your load, contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
We advise you to pack your items into cardboard boxes or on pallets, depending on their size. Use sturdy moving boxes, blankets, secure straps and other appropriate packaging materials. This recommendation holds even more significance for the transportation of delicate or fragile items. Your peace of mind is our priority! Please note that as the shipper you must make sure that your items are properly packed for transport.
In case you need to ship something fragile and valuable, you may better think to use our white glove delivery service.
The van pick-up and delivery times and dates will be arranged with you in advance. We will adapt to the timeslots and dates suitable to you and your needs. In case something happens last minute, please let us know asap so we can find the most suitable solution.
Most national van deliveries can be carried out the same day if pick-up takes place early enough and if the distance is not too big. Most international van deliveries take place in maximum two working days.
Please note that due to rare, but extreme weather or traffic conditions your shipment might be delivered with a short delay. But in any case, the driver will contact you in advance.
